not sure i like it.
I'm in an oil observational painting class and so far my favorite part has been using the oil and gamsol for the under painting.
That's a route that I plan on exploring more once I'm out of the class. We're doing a portrait of a man right now, he has a
"sweet 'stache" as my TA would say and the best eyebrows. And he keeps his clothing on. Hurrah!
Art school is exactly where I belong, I could not be happier here. I have met an alum who thinks a lot like I do about art
and people. And it has gotten to the point where I am reading in my free time to learn new things. I have taken an interest

I just told a friend this, but I was looking at some of the art I did in the past five or so months. And some of the most emotional pieces that I drew suddenly lost their kick when I looked at them recently. And that's not really a bad thing. They were mostly upset pieces that I made while trying to deal with myself and a situation that I created and didn't really like (under exaggerating, but that's fine). It actually made me smile that they don't have that side to them, they were so unhappy and now that I'm happy I don't need them to hold my pain.
